Pairing Book : The One of Everthing, Office Inspired Cocktails 

In my typeography class I was given the project of creating a pairing book. Where I had the task to create a food or beverage inspired book that could pair any two ideas. The project was an individual assignment that lasted four weeks. For my book I decided to do cocktails that were inspired by NBC's sitcom series the office. I included recipies that were featured on the show as well as some that were based off of characters. I photographed all of the photos included using a light box and office inspired background and asessories to create compositions that reflected well with the show. For the creation of the book I used Indesign to design the pages. I used royal blu, orang, and black to reflect the shows colours. I designed the instuctions to look like different types of papers including blank paper and post it notes. This project helped me to strengthen my time management skills. I created weekly deadlines to have different pieces finished to have ample time for feedback from my professor. Overall, I was able to create a pairing book that featured photos with good compositions and papes that reflected 'The Office' well.
